Congratulations on learning the art of juicy self-care! I want to thank you for being here and taking the initiative to incorporate juicy self-care into your life as you practice and experiment with these healthy habits. Being here is self-care in action, a way to honor and nurture yourself. I honor and acknowledge you for making the commitment. I’m grateful for you and your dedication to being the best version of yourself that you can possibly be. The world needs more of you at your best: rested, grounded, joyful, glowing and brimming with zest and vitality!
So get ready to radiate and glow, go out there and practice all of these goodies. Aside from the actual practices and actions, the biggest benefit of solid self-care habits is enhanced AWARENESS in your life. By bringing your attention to how you treat and care for your self on all levels, you begin to tune in to your body, mind and spirit in new, more acute ways.
I invite you to re-take the Self-Care Checklist, below. Notice what has shifted for you from before you took this course, until now. Celebrate areas of your increased awareness and new thought patterns. This process and learning new things actually creates new neural pathways in your brain! Make a note of areas that need improvement and consider ways you can expand your awareness to serve your needs even better.
This is vitality in action, one step further on the path to falling in love with your life.
